Medical Arts Building

Funderburk Electrical Services was proud to be part of the team working for Merit Construction in the restoration of the Medical Arts Building in downtown Knoxville. This historic structure built in 1932 originally housed medical offices and various medical auxiliary services. It is now Knoxville’s newest residential and mixed use building.

The Project, developed by Grace Capital Group includes 49 residential units ranging in size from a studio to three level. The building features gorgeous marble and terrazzo floors, local East Tennessee marble walls, and mahogany doors inlaid with walnut and barrel vaulted plaster ceilings.

The restoration project completion had its ribbon cutting on June 13.
